Billy started his journey in 2009 right after his 30th birthday weighing a mere 125lbs. He was destined to gain the size and strength to transform his physique and he did just that. By 2015 he had added 120 lbs to his frame and achieved a Pro Raw total in powerlifting at the 242 weight class.

It typically takes an inactive metabolism 3 weeks to recognize a change in nutritional intake.

It can take 6 weeks to raise the internal metabolic thermostat.

A full 12 weeks is needed to reconfigure a Metabolic thermostat that has been ice cold.

If you’ve been inactive for more than six months, it WILL require patience for your metabolism to reach its full potential of being on “Full Blast”.

This is why I recommend 3 months minimum for Nutrition Coaching (for beginners at least) with weekly check ins and then monthly check-ins thereafter.

As the saying goes, knowledge is power. Not all training has to take place in the gym. Seminars and event speaking allow us to provide the basic knowledge, leaving the implementation and practice up to you.
